Charitable Giving

Fellowship Community provides opportunities for concerned and generous donors to share in the capital and operational needs of the Community. Contributions to our Annual Fund or to our Endowment Fund, especially through Estate Planning or Planned Giving, provide opportunities to assist residents who no longer can afford the full cost of care and services. Examples of tax deductible contributions to Fellowship Community include the following:

  • An outright gift of cash, securities, real estate, jewelry, artworks, collectibles, or other assets.
  • A special tribute to honor or remember a loved one.
  • A provision for Fellowship Community in your will.
  • A Charitable Gift Annuity, which would support Fellowship Community financially while providing you with a current tax deduction as well as a lifetime income for yourself.
  • A significant gift through a variety of planned and deferred giving alternatives, which may also provide considerable tax benefit for the donor.
